1can sweetened condensed milk

Instructions
Step 1
Beat until smooth
Step 2
Slowly add 3/4 cup whipping cream.
Step 3
Beat until thick, do not over beat. Put into cups and freeze.
Step 4
This last time I just rolled the pops in crushed cookies bit I think next time I will make a cookie or short crust base.

Melt chocolate and oil in microwave, stir in cocoa

Spoon over pops. Chocolate will harden.
Step 7
For the raspberry one I just makes a raspberry sauce with 1 bag frozen raspberries about 1/2 cup sugar (to taste) 1 tsp lemon juice and a cornstarch slurry. Beat the raspberry sauce with 8 Oz cream cheese until smooth and slowly Beat in 3/4 cup cream until thick.
