Instructions

Step 1
Boil water, sugar, salt, and tea in a large soup pot for 2 mins.
Step 2
Remove from heat and let steep for 1 hour.
Step 3
Strain by removing the inner colander pot. Add condensed milk to still warm tea and stir to dissolve. Let cool.
Step 4
Stain again using a fine mesh strainer and poor into pitcher. Add milk or half and half to taste.
