Ingredients

15 ozcan black beans
reduced sodium, drained and rinsed

15 ozcan garbanzo beans
reduced sodium, drained and rinsed

15 ozcan kidney beans
reduced sodium, drained and rinsed

0.5yellow bell pepper
diced

0.5red bell pepper
diced

3stalks celery
diced

1onion
small, diced

2 Tbspflat leaf parsley
chopped

¼ cupolive oil

½ cupapple cider vinegar

2 Tbsphoney

1 Tbspdijon mustard

2cloves garlic
minced

¼ tspkosher salt
optional

¼ tspblack pepper
Instructions
Step 1
1. Combine all salad ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Set aside.
Step 2
2. Whisk together all salad dressing ingredients in a glass measuring cup or bowl. Pour over salad, and stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours to allow flavors to develop.
Step 3
3. Serve cold or at room temperature.
