Instructions

Step 1
boil potatoes until tender approximately 20 minutes
Step 2
Drain potatoes and let cool
Step 3
While potatoes cool, combine the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl. Taste and add more dill as desired
Step 4
Once potatoes have cooled, quarter them
Step 5
Combine potatoes with the dressing and put in the refrigerator to chill
