Step 1

Cut the zucchini into thin strips using a peeler. Then cut the strips in half so their like a noodle.


Step 2

In a saucepan on medium heat combine the garlic, cherry tomatoes, shrimp, cream cheese & zucchini noodles for about 10 minutes.
