Do you ever just want one cookie? You want a nice and delicious chocolate chip cookie, but you don't want to be left with a whole batch? Well you're in the right spot. This recipe is essentially a scaled down version of my Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies, enough to make 1 large sized cookie
