Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.

2.In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

3.Add the egg, vanilla, and sourdough discard. Beat until smooth.

4.Mix in baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
