These sesame-crusted tuna steaks are cooked to perfection in the air fryer, then served with a fresh green salad, cooling yoghurt drizzle, and sweet corn salsa for a speedy and healthy meal with a bit of zing.

Step 1
Pat the tuna steaks dry with kitchen paper. Lightly spray both sides with oil and press the sesame seeds onto the surface so they stick and form a light crust.
Step 2
Place the tuna steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry at 200°C (390°F) for 3-4 minutes for medium rare, or longer if you prefer them more cooked through. (Timing may vary depending on the thickness of your steaks.)
Step 3
In a small bowl, mix the Greek yoghurt with the dried parsley and a squeeze of lime juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Lay out a bed of green salad on each plate, top with the cooked tuna steaks, and drizzle over the yoghurt. Spoon on some corn salsa, scatter over the sliced chilli, and serve with extra lime wedges on the side.
