Instructions

Step 1
Boil the baby broccoli in salty water for 10 mintues. Once this time is passed, put the broccoli into a strainer and let them cool down.

Step 2
Put the pistachio into a food processor and mux as long as it takes to have almost a rough powder. It should only take a few seconds. After this, put the powder on a plate.

Step 3
Pour some soy sauce on a plate and then ease down the tuna steak on it. Flip the steak and make sure that the soy sauce is all over the meat, even on the side.

Bread the tuna steak with the pistachio.

Prepare now the vegetables and the meat at the same time.

Put a pan on the stove with a bit of olive oil and then ease down the baby broccoli. Add some soy sauce too.

Put another pan on the stove with a bit of olive oil. When the oil is hot, ease down the steak and cook it for 3 or 4 minutes on each side.
