Instructions
Step 1
Boil the baby broccoli in salty water for 10 mintues. Once this time is passed, put the broccoli into a strainer and let them cool down.

Step 2
Put the pistachio into a food processor and mux as long as it takes to have almost a rough powder. It should only take a few seconds. After this, put the powder on a plate.

Step 3
Pour some soy sauce on a plate and then ease down the tuna steak on it. Flip the steak and make sure that the soy sauce is all over the meat, even on the side.

Step 4
Bread the tuna steak with the pistachio.

Step 5
Prepare now the vegetables and the meat at the same time.
Step 6
Put a pan on the stove with a bit of olive oil and then ease down the baby broccoli. Add some soy sauce too.

Step 7
Put another pan on the stove with a bit of olive oil. When the oil is hot, ease down the steak and cook it for 3 or 4 minutes on each side.

Step 8
When the tuna is ready, serve it with the baby broccoli.
