Vegan Hawaiian Style Tuna Poke

I am recently back from Hawaii and am creating plant-based versions of some local favourites. A plant-based take on Classic Hawaiian poke. Serve on seasoned sushi rice for a super satisfying and refreshing meal!

Step 1
Cut your vegan tuna into small bite sized cubes.
Step 2
Into a mixing bowl, combine the tuna, onion, spring onions, seaweed, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt and gochugaru. Mix well to combine.
Step 3
Serve poke atop sushi rice and add cucumber and avocado as desired!
