Instructions

Step 1
Wash baby arugula, juice the lemon, and peel and cut avocados into 3/4 chunks. Segment the grapefruits.
Step 2
Place the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, into a small glass jar.
Step 3
Secure the lid and shake well until dressing is well combined.
Step 4
Toss the arugula in the dressing
Step 5
Top with the avocado chunks and grapefruit segments; serve.
