Instructions
Step 1
Mix the ingredients in a bowl with a hand blender.
Step 2
Leave it aside for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Add a little butter to the pan and pour in your batter. When the top dries out, flip it over.
Step 4
Remove from the pan and top with yoghurt or fruit, if desired.
