With a whopping 75g of protein, this is a twist on a yogurt cake that tastes incredibly soft and rich - especially if you top with powdered sugar and caramel.
All you need:
2 cups low fat vanilla greek yogurt
5 eggs
5 tbsp of cornstarch
Mix everything together and pour in a bread pan, cooking at 350°F for about an hour, or until the top is fully browned.
