Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Cook the turkey bacon and chop it into small pieces.

Boil one pound of whole grain or high-fiber pasta according to the directions on the package.

Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.

Place the cooked pasta in the baking dish.

Add 1 lb of cooked chicken, one jar of light Alfredo sauce, and a low-sodium ranch seasoning packet.

Optionally, add 2 cups of fresh spinach for added nutrition.

Mix in half of the mozzarella cheese, reduced-fat cheddar cheese, and some bacon bits and stir everything together well.
