Greek Sandwich - Pita Bread's Your Canvas

I love treating pita bread as a canvas—cooking is an art, after all. With fresh vegetables, you get a vibrant rainbow of beautiful colors that taste delicious. The dressing is so refreshing and light that to thicken it, I place the hummus directly into the dressing. You can keep them separate and spread the hummus on the pita before adding the salad.

Make the dressing

Assemble the Salad





Step 3

Toss the salad with the dressing until fully dressed
Step 4

Top the pita bread with enough salad to fold it into a pita taco, or cut it in half and fill the pockets - your decision!
