Instructions
Step 1
Combine enchilada sauce, salsa, chilies, lime juice and garlic in a slow cooker. Add chicken. Stir to coat. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
Step 2
Transfer chicken to bowl.
Step 3
Pour liquid into large bowl. Wipe slow cooker clean.
Step 4
Shred chicken in a bowl. Add 3 cups cooking liquid. Stir to combine.
Step 5
To assemble, layer 1/3 of each of chicken, cheese and tortillas in slow cooker. Repeat layers 2 more times.
Step 6
Pour additional 1.5 cups liquid over tortillas. Top with mozzarella cheese.
Step 7
Cook on high for 15 minutes. Top with corn chips.
