Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 160Β°C (320Β°F). 2. Peel two heads of garlic and place the cloves in an oven-safe dish. 3. Pour 100 ml of olive oil over the garlic and add thyme sprigs for extra aroma. 4. Bake for 30-40 minutes until the garlic is soft and fragrant. This is your β€œconfit”! 5. In a bowl, mix 250 g of softened butter with the roasted garlic (mash it with a fork). 6. Add 2 tsp paprika, a pinch of salt, and fresh parsley. Whip or stir until smooth and creamy. 7.
