Step 1
Add everything to a cup, put in freezer for 20mins
Step 2
Use an immersion blender and make sure it touches the bottom just leave it there will the blender is on, the garlic still start to break down and imulsify with the oil slowly Then you can lift it up to work it in with the rest
Step 3
Keep adding lemon and oil until you are happy with the texture
