Instructions

Step 1
I'm using a large onion, three carrots, and three russet (0:11) potatoes. After the carrots and potatoes are peeled, I'm chopping everything into cubes, (0:15) making sure to cut them all around the same size. For the protein of choice, I'm using this (0:18) leftover beef chuck roast. You can also get pre-chopped stew beef at the store. Once everything (0:22) is cut up, I'm oiling the pot and sauteing my beef until all sides are light brown, then adding in (0:25) my vegetables. I definitely cut up too much, so I had to take some out. Saute that for two minutes (0:29) before adding five cups of water to the pot. Once the water is boiling, turn the heat to medium and (0:33) cover the pot with the lid for 10 minutes. Make sure to stir every two to three minutes Now it's (0:37) time to add the curry. I'm using the burnt golden curry in the medium hot. I add in all eight cubes, (0:40) since I like my curry a bit thicker. Make sure the heat is on low and continue mixing it until (0:44) the curry consistency looks like this. This should only take a couple minutes, and your curry is done.
