Salmon with Green Beans and Rice

Ingredients

Green beans
or sub for asparagus or Brussel sprouts
olive oil
salt
pepper
rice
1 Tbspwhite miso
1 Tbspsoy sauce
1 Tbsprice vinegar
1 Tbspmaple syrup
1 tspgarlic replacement
or sub for garlic
salmon
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Step 2
Arrange green beans on sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Cook in oven for 5-10 minutes.
Step 4
Wash rice and start cooking in rice cooker.
Step 5
Combine 1 tbsp white miso, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tbsp maple syrup, and 1 tsp FreeFod garlic replacement. Coat salmon with marinade.
Step 6
Place salmon on same sheet pan as green beans and cook for 15 minutes.
