Instructions
Step 1
mix sauce together and set aside a small amount

add salmon to sauce and leave to marinate

par boil the broccoli then put in oven at 180°C for 20 mins, or until browned a little

put salmon in airfryer until internal temp is 145°F

blowtorch salmon to add a char and then brush over the sauce you set aside

boil rice with chicken stock cube and add cream, season as desired
