Ingredients

1 tspolive oil

12 ozchicken Sausages
Italian-style, sliced

1 cuponion
dices

2 tspminced garlic

½ tspcrushed red pepper
optional

4 cupschicken broth

8 ozRadiatore Pasta
or any small pasta

2 cupszuchinni
chopped

2 Tbsplemon juice

1 ½ cupsgrated Parmesan cheese
divided

1 cupsgrape tomatoes
halved

⅓ cupsfresh basil
chopped
Instructions
Step 1
1. Cook the Sausages.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken Sausages and onions and cook until Sausages are browned and onions are tender.
Step 2
2. Add flavors.
Season with salt, red pepper flakes, and garlic. Cook until fragrant (about 1 minute). Pour in chicken broth, scraping the pan to release browned bits. Bring to a boil.
Step 3
3. Cook pasta. Add uncooked Pasta to the boiling broth. Stir frequently for 10 minutes until pasta is tender.
Step 4
4. Add zuchinni.
Stir in chopped zuchinni and cook for 3 more minutes until zuchinni is tender and most of the broth is absorbed.
Step 5
5. Finish the dish.
Stir in lemon juice, 3tbsp parmesan cheese, and grape tomatoes. Remove from heat. Top with basil and remaining parmesan cheese before serving.
