Instructions

Step 1
To a food processor, blender, or medium-sized bowl, add the olive oil, vinegar, mustard, garlic, honey, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to make the vinaigrette. Blend or whisk until combined.
Step 2
Add dry broccoli to a medium size bowl. Toss with parsley, nuts and cheese. Add the vinaigrette and toss. Season with salt and pepper. Allow the salad to marinate for at least 10 minutes in the refrigerator before serving.
Step 3
Toss the salad again to distribute the dressing. Serve with extra cheese, crunchy elements, and fresh pepper and herbs on top.
