Plus this big as* chicken caesar salad is only 456 Cals with 66g protein! ✅ Macros for the 1/3 the Salad: 456 Cals, 17g Carbs, 10.5g Fat, 66g Protein ✅ Macros per 32g Serving Caesar Dressing: 29 Cals, 0.5g Carbs, 1.75g Fat, 3g Protein ✳️ Ingredients for Low Cal Caesar Dressing (total weight 400g aka 12.5 32g Servings)  227g Plain Non Fat Greek yogurt Juice from ½ Fresh Lemon 14g Olive Oil 30g Worcestershire sauce 10g Dijon Mustard 24g Grated parmesan cheese 3 garlic cloves, minced 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt ✳️ Lemon Basil Chicken Marinade: 1 Lemon 20g Honey 20g Yellow Mustard 1 Tsp Dried Basil 1 Tsp Dried Oregano 1 Tsp Garlic Powder 1 Tsp Onion Powder 1 Tsp Sea Salt 1 Tsp Black Pepper ½ Tsp Red Pepper Flakes ✳️ Salad Ingredients: 300g Romaine 150g Yellow Peppers 150g Orange Peppers 200g Baby Cucumbers 200g Grape Tomatoes 24oz Chicken Breast (weighed raw) ❇️ Directions: 1️⃣ Flatten your chicken breast and then add to a big ziplock bag. Combine with your honey lemon basic chicken marinade. Marinate for at least an hour 2️⃣ Once the chicken is ready, air fry on 400 degrees F for 9-10 minutes or until internal temp is 165 degrees F. 3️⃣ Next, add all your caesar dressing ingredients into a bowl and mix till smooth. 4️⃣ Now it’s time to put together the caesar salad. Make sure to grab a BIG bowl to mix all this! Add your romaine, peppers, cucumber, grape tomatoes, chicken, and caesar dressing. Toss well and then add some extra parmesan cheese on top and enjoy! 👉🏻 Do highly recommend if this is going to be a meal prep to leave the dressing on the side. Add your salad ingredients (except dressing) to your meal prep containers and then pack the dressing on the side. Then add dressing when it’s time to eat so the romaine and other vegetables don’t get soggy.

Instructions

Step 1
1️⃣ Flatten your chicken breast and then add to a big ziplock bag. Combine with your honey lemon basic chicken marinade. Marinate for at least an hour
