From the pasta you boil before cooking the rest

Pasta
Step 1
Salt the water and boil
Step 2
Cook according to instructions

Drain but save 125ml of water

Step 4
Brown the onion in a light amount of cooking spray

Once softened about 3-6 minutes, add the diced bell peppers and jalepeno

add garlic and cook for 30 sec
Step 7
Brown the meat in the center for about 8 min

Add seasoning and mix
Step 9
Add cream cheese, cheeses, and pasta water. Mix until creamy

Stir in pasta and eat
