Instructions
Step 1
Bowl water in sauce pot
Step 2
Add crab boil seasoning to boiling water
Step 3
Add in lobster tails and cook for 7-8 minutes
Step 4
Pull Lobsters out of shells and cut into bite size pieces and place in bowl

Prep Work:
Chop whole bell pepper
Chop Half an onion
Chop 2 celery sticks Place 3 items above in bowl together, & each item below goes it their own bowl Chop 1/4 cup of green onion
Chop about 6 stems of parsley Above in same bowl Chop 3 cloves of garlic Finely shred 3/4 of a block of parmesan cheese

In frying pan, melt 3/4 stick of unsalted butter on low heat

Bowl pot of water for pasta
Step 8
Add bell pepper, onions, and celery to butter (keep on low heat) (Cook for about 7 minutes)
Step 9
Add in green onion and parsley and a liberal coat of the slap ya momma seasoning on top. Then mix

After about 1.5 minutes, add in Garlic by pushing everything to the side to make a clean space for garlic to cook in pan and cook until aromatic

Add 1/4 cup of the white wine
Step 12
Once the liquid reduces and alcohol cooks out, add 3/4 of a pint of the heavy whipping cream (reduce for 4-10 minutes) reduce about 50%
Step 13
Cook 3/4 box of the pasta
Step 14
Turn off heat and add Cheese, 1 TBSP slap ya momma, 1 TBSP of old Bay, add in lobster (add more seasoning if needed - MUST taste test to make sure not too salty)
Step 15
Add pasta straight from boiling water to sauce (after done cooking it) and put back in a low heat.
