Instructions

Step 1
Pre heat oven to 180c or 160c fan
Step 2
Line a 20cm x 30cm tin with parchment
Step 3
Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl
Step 4
Add the fruit, nuts and seeds to the dry ingredients and mix
Step 5
Add the syrup/honey and orange extract to the cooled melted butter, mix and add to the dry ingredients
Step 6
Add the beaten eggs to the mixture and mix thoroughly
Step 7
Spoon the mixture into the prepared tin and put on the middle shelf in the pre heated oven for 20 to 25 minutes until the surface is well set
Step 8
Coolin the tin and then divide into bars as needed. Keep in an airtight container
