Step 1
Slice the chicken breast in half to reduce the cooking time.
Step 2
Drizzle with two tablespoons of olive oil and season as desired.
Step 3
Cook in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat until the internal temperature reaches 165-170°F.

Once cooked, remove the chicken from the pan and chop it into cubes.
Step 5
In the same pan, sauté black beans, onion, and corn for about 5 minutes, seasoning them with the same spices used on the chicken.
Step 6
Combine everything in a serving dish, drizzle with dressing, and add a squeeze of lime. Enjoy!
