Step 1
Mince garlic.
Step 2
Blend tomatoes with some table salt.
Step 3
Boil pasta with some table salt in water.
Step 4
Fry mince with chilli powder and some table salt in oil.
Step 5
To baking dish, layer pasta, fried beef mince, blended tomatoes, and minced garlic.
Step 6
Cube mozzarella and add to the top of the baking dish contents.
Step 7
Cut American cheese into small slices and add on top of the mozzarella.
Step 8
Chop oregano and top the baking dish, then bake.
