Instructions
Step 1
Mix flour, rice flour, and some water in a bowl with some table salt.


Step 2
Slice scallions and fry in vegetable oil.




Step 3
Add scallion oil from fried scallions to the dough and mix.

Step 4
Fry beef in some olive oil with some table salt.


Step 5
Combine fried beef, fish sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, gravy powder, and a little water in a bowl.


Step 6
Chop kraft cheese into small cubes.


Step 7
Roll out dough into a large wheel and cut out circles.



Step 8
Fill with fried beef mixture, and some kraft cheese cubes.


Step 9
Fry in olive oil, then garnish with chopped parsley.
