Step 1
Cook 2 bags of rice the day before. Leave in the fridge overnight.
Step 2
Heat up olive oil on the deep pan and stir fry bell peppers and broccoli. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Once cooked, set aside.
Step 3
Slice tofu into 16 pieces wide wise. Marinate in soy sauce and cover in panko. Shallow fry on small pan.
Step 4
Heat up olive oil on deep pan. Stir fry shallots, chilli, and 5 minced garlic cloves. Add eggs and mix until cooked.
Step 5
When eggs are cooked, add rice, 3 minced garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon of MSG, and 4 tablespoons of soy sauce. Add cooked peppers and broccoli and mix well.
Step 6
Serve on plate and sprinkle with spring onion and sesame seeds.
