Step 1
Take ghee, add jeera and add finely cut gin garlic and chilly cook. Mix the dry masalas in water make gol. Add the gol to the pan now cook until the raw smell goes. Add the cut veggies and salt and sprinkle water. Cover and cook well until it's done. Add dhaniya leaf last.
