Step 1
Cut veggies and coat with olive oil and seasonings. Roast on 400 for about 40 mins
Step 2
Put veggies in blender with fresh basil leaves and cream. Blend until smooth.
Step 3
In large pot cook sausage until done. Then add veggie sauce, Parmesan rind, tomato paste, red pepper flakes, water and wine (optional). Cook for 30 stirring often.
