Instructions

Step 1
Add the rice, water, shiitake, salt, and chilli to a pot. Add the vegetables on top. Cover with soy sauce. Cook for around 15mins.
Step 2
Add the sushi vinegar, sesame oil and ginger. Flavour with Kashmiri chilli and smoked paprika.
Step 3
Break tofu into pieces and coat with potato starch. Airfry for 15mins. Pan fry the tofu in honey, soy, olive oil, and ginger on high heat.
