Instructions

Step 1
1. Prepare the peri peri marinade by blending the dried red chilies, paprika, oregano, vinegar, salt, pepper, and 2 minced garlic cloves.

2. Marinate the chicken pieces in the peri peri sauce for at least 30 minutes.

3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the remaining garlic, onion, and green chili until the onion is translucent.

4. Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook until the chicken is browned.

5. Add the red bell pepper and cook for another 3-4 minutes.

6. Stir in the tomato paste and chicken bouillon cube, mixing well.
Step 7
7. Cook the basmati rice separately as per package instructions. Once cooked, mix it gently with the chicken mixture.
