Instructions

Step 1
Oatmeal and Chia Bread (NO FLOUR) 👩‍🍳 Ingredients • 2 cups rolled oats or ground oats (gluten-free if preferred) • 2 tablespoons chia seeds • 1 egg • 1 cup plant-based milk • 1 teaspoon baking powder • A pinch of salt 🧂 • Optional: 1 tablespoon honey or syrup (to sweeten) • Optional: extra seeds (sesame, flax, etc.) Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 180 °C (350 °F). 2. In a bowl, mix together oats, chia seeds, baking powder, and salt. 3. Add the egg, milk, and honey (if using). Stir well until combined. 4. Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes so the chia seeds hydrate. 5. Pour the batter into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper or lightly greased. 6. Sprinkle extra seeds on top if desired. 7. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. 8. Allow to cool before removing from the pan and slicing.
