Instructions

Step 1
Chop up the Bell Pepper and Scallions into small pieces.
Step 2
Drain the Tuna and the Tofu.
Step 3
Crush the Tofu and put into a large bowl.
Step 4
Add all the ingredients, mix together.
Step 5
Steam the Cabbage if you want a softer wrap. Or you can alternatively use lettuce.
Step 6
Optionally you can add rice into the wrap.
Step 7
If it's not salty enough for you, you can add a bit of soy sauce for flavor.
