Golden Ginger Latte (Dairy-Free)
• Ingredients:
• 1 cup almond milk or oat milk (regular milk can also be used)
• ½ tsp turmeric
• ½ tsp grated fresh ginger
• ¼ tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
• A pinch of black pepper (boosts turmeric absorption)
• How to make:
