Instructions
Step 1
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt if using in a bowl.
Step 2
To the flour add melted butter, vanilla, and milk mix well.
Step 3
Over medium low heat, add 2 tablespoons of oil or butter to a skillet and cook pancakes. Its ready to flip when it begins to bubble on the top.
Step 4
Makes 12 pancakes using a 1/3 measuring cup.
