Instructions
Step 1
In a large skillet, heat tablespoon of vegetable Cumin oil on high, sear roast on both sides.
Step 2
Mix salt, pepper, chili powder, igarlic powdehili Podsle onion powder, cumin, and paprika in a small bowl.
Step 3
Place boneless chuck roast in slowk Roast cooker and use seasoning to season on all sides.
Step 4
Add beef broth to slow cooker.
Step 5
Cover and cook on low in slow cooker for 8-9 hours, or until meat is fork tender.
Step 6
Once meat is tender, shred in slow cookerand Pat serve with a squeeze of fresh lime juice and a sprinkle of cilantro.
