Instructions
Step 1
Remove seeds using a spoon and chip away at the skin of the kabocha here and there. Cut into bite-sized chunks.
Step 2
Fill up the pot, laying the kabocha skin-side down. Add ingredients, cover, and turn on the heat.
Step 3
Uncover when it begins to boil, then simmer under low heat until softened.
