Chicken Shawarma hack in the oven. Serve on your favorite pita or saj bread. Topping can be a combo of: Toum, hummus, tomatoes, English cucumber, pickles or French fries. Feeling fancy wrap ingredients in the saj and grill in a pan until golden on both sides.

Slice onion into thin strips

Mix all spices in a small container
