Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl, mix ½ cup flour, 2 pinches of salt, and 1 teaspoon oil. Add ½ cup hot water and stir. Add ½ cup tapioca starch and knead until smooth. Roll the dough into long, thin noodle shapes. Boil in salted water for 2 minutes until they float, then rinse in cold water for a chewy texture.
Step 2
Heat a little oil in a pan and stir-fry onion and mushrooms. Season with a little salt and pepper. Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream, then add the cooked noodle tteok. Stir in chicken stock for flavor.
Step 3
Add shrimp and cook briefly, then mix in cheese until melted.
Step 4
Finish with a sprinkle of parsley. And there it is—creamy noodle tteokbokki! ✨
