Boil water and cook udon noodles for 3 minutes.

Chop green onions, and 1 fresh chili.

Then, slice your bacon strips.

Next, make your sauce. In a bowl, mix together 1 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp oyster sauce, 1/2 Tbsp sugar, and 1 Tbsp of Korean chili flakes.

Turn on heat and drizzle oil on pan. Stir-fry green onions and bacon first.

Then add in your kimchi and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

Drain your udon and add to pan. Add 3 Tbsp of water from your udon pot. Add your sauce and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Toss in fresh chili and drizzle a Tbsp of sesame oil before serving!
