Instructions
Step 1
Saute veggies until softened, add meat & spices, brown, wilt spinach and combine.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Step 3
Add 1/3rd cup sauce to bottom of baking dish, then layer pasta.
Step 4
Spread cooked meat and veggie mixture, over pasta, layer ricotta, sauce, grated cheese, repeat (retain a good bit of cheese for the top).
Step 5
Cover w/ foil with tent space so it doesn't stick to the top. Bake for 45 -60 min in the MIDDLE RACK. Broil for a few minutes - watch with a hawk eye so it doesn't burn.
