Step 1
Dice the chicken breasts before seasoning them with the spices. Add a drizzle of oil and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.

Melt the butter in a hot pan and brown the chicken until cooked

Cook the pasta
Step 4
Place the tomato puree and the cream in the pan and mix. Add 15cl / 5 fl oz of cooking water
Step 5
Spoon the sauce over the pasta, add the chicken, then stir.
Step 6
Sprinkle with parmesan
