Instructions

Step 1
Heat oil in frying pan. Season chicken with garlic and pepper.
Step 2
Add chicken to hot skillet and cook 5-6 minutes or until no longer pink inside.
Step 3
Place veggies in bowl and top with sliced chicken.
Step 4
Combine honey, lemon juice and mustard. Mix well and use as dressing over salad.
Step 5
Sprinkle with pepitas (pumpkin seeds) and serve. Enjoy!
