Greek Salad with Chicken breast

Simple and easy recipe to eat cold or warm. You can do it with or without chicken. You can also add jalapeno pepper to taste (i put 4 but it can be less). Have a good meal !

Step 1
Cut the veggies and put them in a large bowl or hermetic contenent.

Step 2
In another bowl, put the chiken breast cut in strands of 4-5 cm large and the chicken spices (1 tbs per chicken strand, exemple : 12 tbs for 12 stands). Mix until all the chicken is covered with the spices.

Cook (in oil or butter) the chickens strands until golden and crispy.
