Instructions

Step 1
Combine flour, whole egg, milk and water until well combined.
Step 2
Whisk egg whites to stiff peaks; carefully fold into batter.
Step 3
Heat skillet and pour in batter for about a 4in cake. Cook until bubbles pop on surface and edges look slightly dry.
Step 4
Flip and cook an additional 1-2 minutes.
Step 5
Repeat with remaining batter, keeping cakes warm until ready to serve.
Step 6
Top pancakes with yogurt, peanut butter and blueberries. Enjoy!
