Instructions
Step 1
Whisk eggs and add milk, salt and pepper. Set aside.
Step 2
Make pancake batter according to box instructions. Add cinnamon and vanilla extract. Set aside.
Step 3
Using the egg pan, cook the sausage first. Once browned on side, add the pancake batter to the other two cups. Add syrup on top.
Step 4
Add egg to the last cup and cover with the lid. Once the egg is cooked thorough, add cheese.
Step 5
Remove sausage and pancakes as they are done to avoid burning.
Step 6
Stack McGriddle by adding one pancake, then sausage, then egg and cheese and top with other pancake.
Step 7
Drizzle with syrup if desired.
